No charge until we confirm the scope and send an invoice. This is a human-assisted service, not a software subscription.
What we will set up
- ✓ One 30-minute intake call to map your first client workflow.
- ✓ Your business name and logo in your portal, where your selected plan supports branding.
- ✓ Your first client and project, with milestones and a reusable kickoff checklist.
- ✓ One sample quote or invoice draft, reviewed with you before sending anything.
- ✓ A client-facing portal walkthrough and a short handoff checklist so you can onboard the next client yourself.
- ✓ One revision round within seven days of handoff.
A clear boundary
- • We work in your own FHX account; you approve what a client sees and what gets sent.
- • Invoice payments require your own connected Stripe account. We will not enable a payment button until payout setup is confirmed.
- • The $500 setup fee does not include an FHX Pro subscription, Stripe fees, custom integrations, data migration, or ongoing administration.
- • The free plan supports one client and one project. Multiple clients/projects and custom branding may require Pro ($19/month or $194/year); see plan details.
- • If your workflow does not fit this scope, we say so before payment. We never ask you to email a password.
How the pilot works
- 1. Request Email your line of work, number of active clients, and the biggest onboarding bottleneck. Please do not send client data or credentials.
- 2. Confirm We agree on the scope and timing, then send a separate invoice. Work starts after payment and your approved access.
- 3. Handoff We build the first portal and walk through it together. You review all client-facing content before it goes live.
